Getting sued by Hollywood is not a walk in the park. Especially when they did it to Mid-Journey. But why didn't they do it sooner? Because, I understand, you can literally generate images similar to Disney style, to Marvel style, to anything. There is literally no board nor restrictions to stop you from generating anything. So Mid Journey got caught with their pants down. And it looks like these two companies are going head to head in suing Mid Journey. But let's break it down. If you create an art three years ago of a painting, and that painting gets uploaded to Facebook or to Instagram, and it becomes famous, and years later, there's an AI platform that can generate images, and I go on that platform and try to mimic that same image to get the same style in prompt.
